Properties：

White powder, easily soluble in water, relative density is 2.45, melting point is 890 o C, its water solution is alkaline, PH value of 1% water solution is 9.9-10.7

Application：

Mainly used as detergent in washing, bleach in paper-making, electroplating, etc. For food grade it is mainly used as food additive. Buffering agent, emulsification agent, and nourishment, and modifying agent, etc.
